Bustle behind the bar and concoct a great experience for our guests through high quality beverages. You will also be responsible for the bar inventory, and work closely with the team to strive for service excellence.
As a Captain of the service team, you will be responsible in leading the Service Crew to deliver excellent customer service during daily operations, while working closely with the supervisor to maintain smooth operations.
A role for leaders with a knack in grooming the team, this role allows you to work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service with smooth operations while assisting in equipment maintenance and administrative tasks.
Be the Outlet Manager's right hand man and assist in daily operations while managing the team to deliver the best bar and dining experience for our guests. You will also be in charge of cash handling, inventory management, stock ordering, equipment & facility maintenance.
Learn the ropes as a Commis Cook by providing support to the kitchen team in daily food preparation, while ensuring that strict hygiene standards and SOPs are adhered to at all times.
Chef De Partie
You will be working closely with our Sous Chefs to support them in the preparation and presentation of the dishes, ensuring a high standard of the food dished out while following the SOPs. The individual has to assist in food ordering during the absence of the Sous Chef.
Challenge yourself in this role where aside from striving for delivering a high quality of food, you will also train the team and be responsible for food inventory and food cost management.
